Delivery Zones: We offer flower delivery within 45 ml as outlined during the checkout process. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery.

Delivery Timeframes: Our standard delivery times are, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 am, subject to availability and additional charges.

Return: If you are not satisfied with of your flowers, please email freshflowersociety@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing a detailed description of the issue. 

FLOWER CARE:

To ensure the longest lifespan for your arrangement or bouquet, follow these helpful tips. 

Bouquets:

- Fill a clean vase with room temperature water and add flower food

- Remove all paper and packaging from bouquet. 

- Trim the bottom of the stems by about a half-inch.

- Place the bouquet in the vase

- Do not leave in direct sunlight or near produce

- Remove any dead or decaying stems from the bouquet over time.

- Replace vase with fresh water every two days.

Arrangements: 

- When your floral arrangement arrives, the vase will contain a minimal amount of water for transportation. Be sure to fill vase all the way to the top.

- Continue to replenish the water every day. 

- Do not leave in direct sunlight or near produce. 

- Remove any dead or decaying stems from the bouquet over time.

- Replace vase with fresh water every two days. To do so, put the arrangement in a sink or outside. Create an opening between the stems with your fingers. Pour all all of the old water out of the opening and then refill all the way to the top.
